French Montana has just purchased Selena Gomez’ Hidden Hills, California, home. The rapper and former flame of Khloe Kardashian paid $3.3 million for the colorful and party-ready house.

Previously owned by actress and singer Selena Gomez, the home boasts six bedrooms and spans 7,700 square feet. It also happens to be right down the street from Khloe and Kim Kardashian.

Gomez listed the home for $4.5 million in November, but Montana was able to snatch up the property for just $3.3 million in a celebrity-to-celebrity sale. Set on 3 acres, the property features amenities like a large gym, a home theater, and space to park 10 cars.

There are a few glamorous touches left over from Gomez, like a purple-painted master bedroom, but with a baby room and a fireplace, it’s doubtful he’ll have to make too many changes.

Montana was born in Morocco and has been recording mixtapes and guest verses since the mid-2000s. He has only released one studio album, but “Excuse My French” did well, and his single “All Day” received two Grammy nominations. He also happens to be an exotic animal enthusiast and owns a pet monkey named Julius Caesar.
