The Atlanta-area home of R&B artist and producer Akon has been listed for $2.6 million.

The nearly 15,000-square-foot white-on-white mansion was featured on the popular show “MTV Cribs” and is located in a gated community, though the listing states that Akon’s soon-to-be-former house “is currently in need of repair.”

One of the main issues is the construction of the glass floor. In fact, two companies have filed liens against Akon and his mom for back-pay, but Akon’s mother now officially owns the house thanks to Akon’s attempt to evade more than $100,000 in debts on the property.

The roof also needs repair, along with ceiling issues that have arisen because of the leaky roof. Although once coveted, the home might struggle to secure a buyer because of its current state of disrepair.

Then again, the all-white home does have six bedrooms and six bathrooms, with both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts, and two guesthouses.
