Don Cheadle may have made some beaucoup bucks as War Machine in the box-office hit “Captain America: Civil War,” and he won over critics hearts with his portrayal of Mile Davis in the biopic “Miles Ahead,” which he also directed and produced.
Now the Hollywood star is looking to make another hit with the sale of his Venice, California, contemporary which is on the market for $2.45 million.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in the Oxford Triangle neighborhood of Venice has eco-friendly features such as zero-VOC paint and radiant heating. The house also boasts 10-foot ceilings, a rooftop deck, and a chef’s kitchen with marble countertops.
Cheadle purchased the property for $894,000 back in 2014 when the home was just a 1950s-era bungalow. In response to getting acclaim for flipping the home, Cheadle spoke out via his Twitter account, giving credit to Bridgid Coulter Design for completing the home’s transformation.
“The only thing I “transformed” was an, “Ok, baby” to a “Wow!” @bridgidcoulter saw, came and overcame! #allcredit,” Cheadle wrote on his account.
