Now that the Floating Seahorse floating homes are settling in at the World in Dubai, the company designing the above and under sea living quarters, Kleindienst Group, has introduced the new larger Signature Edition unit.

Kleindienst’s Signature Edition Floating Seahorses will span 4,004 square feet and have been dreamt up especially for families and groups with guests in mind to enjoy European design smack dab in the middle of Dubai’s crystal clear coastal waters.

The Signature Edition unit can sleep eight adults and eight children comfortably throughout its three levels, including the master suite and an en-suite guestroom situated in the lower submerged level, and these spaces have the adaptability to be shifted to living areas during the day with ease. The larger Floating Seahorse also boasts an entertainment room and an upper level majlis (lounging area).

The Signature Edition Floating Seahorses are very customizable, but Kleindienst says only 40 units will be produced. The first run of production on the larger living space will be completed in October and prices start at $3.3 million.
