“Thor” star Chris Hemsworth has hammered out a real estate deal with the $3.45-million purchase of his new Malibu house.

Despite Hemsworth and his actress wife, Elsa Pataky, selling their previous home and moving back to his native Australia, it looks like the couple are keeping their options open when they need to jet back to California with their three children for their next roles.

The 4,600-square-foot home holds four bedrooms and four bathrooms and features amenities like a 750-bottle wine cellar, a patio, and an outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue.

Hemsworth’s younger brother, fellow actor Liam, also lives in Malibu, which means a family get-together should be pretty easy.
