Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee has just listed his 9,991-square-foot Calabasas, California, home for $5.995 million.
Lee’s three-story manse sits on .28 acres near the end of a cul-de-sac in the guard-gated Calabasas Country Club and holds 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
The Zen-themed home has been stuffed with a bevy of Buddha statues and other iconography from eastern religions that have been surrounded by bamboo and other Asian-inspired decorations.
Otherwise, the home screams rock star with rooms like a lounge-style sitting room with purple and black brocade wallpaper, the master suite with wall-to-wall jet black carpeting and a blood-red ceiling, and of course a built-in recording studio with two live booths that take up the majority of the 3,000-square-foot subterranean garage.
Lee, who’s just as famous for his relationships and divorces from actresses Heather Locklear and Pamela Anderson, purchased the Calabasas home in 2007 for $5.85 million.
