The former Greenwich, Connecticut, home of assumed Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has a new listed price of $45 million, which is a $9-million reduction after not finding a buyer in its first stint on the open market.
Trump purchased the 19,773-square-foot Georgian-style mansion in 1982 with his first wife, Ivana, for just $4 million. Ivana Trump won the 5.8-acre property in the couple’s 1991 divorce and sold it seven years later to the current owner for $15 million.
The sellers have added on to the already large home with a 2000-built 4,000-square-foot addition that includes guest quarters, an indoor lap pool, and a sauna. All in total the manse holds eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.
Other amenities of Trump’s former home include a crystal-blue pool with a diving board, a private movie theater, a tennis court, a practice green with surrounding bunkers, and a private dock with access to the Long Island Sound.
