Ashley Olsen, half of the Olsen twins and star of 90s favorite “Full House,” has just purchased a New York City condo for a rumored $7 million price.

The retired TV and movie star is now a fashion designer, who co-founded the clothing lines The Row and Elizabeth & James with her twin, Mary-Kate. She just signed the contract to purchase the 3,000-square-foot Greenwich Village unit.

Olsen’s new purchase is one of the full-floor two-bedroom units at 37 East 12th Street in a building that was built in the late 19th century. The new condo is ultra modern with high ceilings and plenty of natural light through the unit’s large windows.

Although the official price for Olsen’s new home is undisclosed, a similar unit is currently on the market for $7.3 million. Ashley used to own a penthouse with Mary-Kate at 1 Morton Square in the West Village that the pair sold for $7.7 million back in 2010.
