Four Seasons has announced three new culinary-themed Four Seasons Private Jet journeys that are set to take flight in 2017.
The three-week-long trip was dreamed up with one of the world’s top restaurants and its head chef, the Copenhagen-located Noma and Rene Redzepi, respectively, and explores food and its influences throughout Asia and Europe.
Participants will travel in a specially-outfitted private jet and will stay at Four Seasons hotels all along their trip to destinations such as Copenhagen, Chiang Mai, Mumbai, Florence, Seoul, Tokyo, and Paris.
The trip starts in Seoul on May 27 and runs through June 14 of 2017. The lucky few will begin with a private dinner at the home of Chef Jong Kuk Lee before a visit to Jin-Kwan temple where they will learn about traditional Buddhist temple food.
Then it’s on to private dinners at L’Effervescence in Tokyo, cooking classes with Michelin-starred chefs in Hong Kong, an elephant trek and private dinner with former Noma chef Garima Arora in Chiang Mai, and finally on to street foods and curries of Mumbai.
The journey continues with the exploration of the Chianti countryside in Florence capped off with a dinner prepared by now-retired Chef Fulvio Pierangelini and his son Fulvietto, a jet ride to Lisbon for gala dinners and Michelin-star dining, a fine-dining experience at the aforementioned Noma in Copenhagen, and finally the trip ends in Paris with a final dinner at the Michelin-starred Le Cinq at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris.
Four Seasons is offering this once-in-a-lifetime trip, including transport and meals, for $135,000 (per person, based on double occupancy; $12,000 single supplement).
