Craig Ferguson, the host of “Celebrity Name Game” and “Join or Die with Craig Ferguson,” has just relisted his beachfront Malibu property for $6.75 million.

Located in a guard-gated enclave, the price for the 3,200-square-foot home has been reduced from its original price of nearly $7.2 million when it was listed last fall. The Scottish-born comedian purchased the home for $5.6 million back in June 2014.

There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms in the Cape Cod-style beach house that sports a gated-entry courtyard and dining spaces that open up through the glass sliders to a surf-side deck. Additional features include a mirror-lined fitness room, built-in bunk beds in two of the upper-floor bedrooms, and glass sliders to a deck with unobstructed ocean views.

Ferguson also owns a historic 15-bedroom mansion near Ayrshire on Scotland’s western coast and a Hollywood Hills home that he purchased for $4.1 million.
