The Caribbean home of legendary singer-songwriter Prince is now on the market. Since the singer passed away last month, the tropical hideaway needs a new owner, and it’s ready for purchase at $12 million.
Located in Turks and Caicos, the 10,000-square-foot home boasts 10 bedrooms and 10 baths, incredible views of the Caribbean Sea, and a bold purple driveway befit of its late owner. Although the singer called Minneapolis his permanent home, he added several amenities to make his beach house feel just as luxurious.
Amidst crystal clear water and white sand beaches, there’s more than a gated mansion, with a two-story guest home, a three-bedroom staff residence, walking trails, a boat dock, a tennis court, tropical gardens, and a pool.
The master suite in the main residence is nearly as impressive as its owner with his-and-hers walk-in closets, two en-suite bedrooms, a covered terrace, a gym, grand foyer, a dining room and kitchen, and a home theater.
Prince passed at his Paisley Park estate in Chanhassen, Minnesota, on April 21 at the age of 57.
