The home formerly belonging to NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders was supposed to sell at auction back in 2014, but the deal was never finalized and now the Prosper, Texas, mansion has landed back on the market with a $12.75-million price tag.
Sanders’ prior house sits on a six-acre lot that was once part of a 112-acre parcel he owned, but the other 106 acres were sold off to a developer who plans to make Prime Time’s former manse the centerpiece of the new 25-home development named Montclair.
The other homes in the Montclair community will range from $1 to $4 million and the surrounding roads are being upgraded to service Prosper’s new high-end area.
The nine-bedroom, 29,122-square-foot manse has been re-dubbed Chateau Montclair and features an indoor football facility, a bowling alley, and a 3,000-square-foot closet that has two stories.
Sanders, who also played for five Major League Baseball teams during the NFL offseason, is now a commentator for CBS and the NFL Network.
