Former Chicago White Sox first baseman and possibly future MLB Hall-of-Famer Paul Konerko has listed his Del Mar, California, vacation home for $6.9 million.
The six-time All-Star’s house was built in 2010 on the sandstone bluffs in Del Mar and boasts ocean views from every room of the four-bedroom, five-bathroom house.
Inside the 6,000-square-foot abode is a large recreation and game room that includes a wet bar and a 1,000-bottle wine cellar. Outside, the new owners will enjoy a tiered pool and a spa with water features.
Konerko retired after an 18-year MLB career back in 2014. The slugger also helped the White Sox claim their first World Series crown since 1917 in 2005. His main residence is in Arizona.
