After landing a Manhattan condo last year for $5.6 million, attorney and TV talk show host Geraldo Rivera is ready to move on from his sailing-ship themed home in Edgewater, New Jersey, for $2.88 million.

The property is part of the Edgewater Colony, a co-operative of homes dating back to 1948, and has low taxes because it is part of said co-op. The area is also situated right next to the Palisades Park Recreational Area that features 12 miles of hiking trails and open spaces.

Rivera had ship carpenters brought in to create the themed look for the three-bedroom, three-bathroom, and two-half-bath multilevel home that was originally remodeled to be Rivera’s bachelor pad before he married and had a child with Erica Michelle Levy.

The listing, which also boasts one of the few private docks on the New Jersey side of the Hudson River, has a koi pond and a dockside pool. It was originally listed for $3.75 million back in 2015 and was relisted for $2.95 million last March before receiving its latest price reduction.
