Former San Jose Sharks star defensemen Brad Stuart is looking to let go of his large Los Gatos, California, home for $5.2 million.
The 2001-built home is located inside the private and gated Kennedy Estates area and lives up to the standards of a player in the National Hockey League.
Sitting on the 1.6-acre parcel is a 5,400-square foot house that holds five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with amenities befit of a professional athlete, including a massive family room complete with a pool table, a wet bar, and a gym complete with a sauna that is worthy of training in during the NHL offseason.
Stuart, a 16-year NHL veteran, has also played for the Boston Bruins, Calgary Flames, Los Angeles Kings, Detroit Red Wings, and, after his second stint with the Sharks. has spent the last two seasons with the Colorado Avalanche.
