The Fifth Avenue residence of former Salomon Brothers CEO, the late John Gutfreund, is on the market for $120 million.

The roughly 12,000-square-foot duplex has been called one of the largest apartments on Fifth Avenue and is located on the seventh and eighth floors of the 834 Fifth Avenue co-op building.

The space has four bedrooms, including a 1,600-square-foot master suite that sports a sitting room and dressing room. The living room has two fireplaces and a bevy of windows with views of Central Park. The dining room boasts views of the landmark park too, and the future owner will also get to line the shelves of the wine cellar.

The apartment’s lower level has a servants’ hall and three additional rooms for staff, and the duplex also includes access to basement storage.

Gutfreund and his wife, Susan, have owned the space since the 1980s.
