Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh is looking to offload his grand Dutch-colonial home in Marin County, California, for $10.35 million.
Lesh’s pad isn’t exactly what one might expect from such an iconic rocker from the 1960s and 70’s, or even the 80’s and 90’s for that matter, as the Grateful Dead lasted for 30 years. The seven-bedroom, six-bathroom house is light and airy and located in Northern California near San Francisco.
The home is rounded out with a sun room, formal living room, dining room, family room, multiple fireplaces, and an upstairs master suite with a soaking tub and separate shower. But luxe features don’t stop there.
The new owner will surely enjoy the oversized kitchen with a six-burner stove and eat-in marble-slab island and the wine cellar. Outside, the gated grounds boast a motor court, large grass areas, multiple sitting areas, an outdoor fireplace, and a sparkling pool.
