Longtime television producer and executive Fred Silverman has listed his 2.6-acre Mandeville Canyon compound in Los Angeles for $30 million.

Sitting behind a castle-wall sized hedge is the multi-winged, 8,000-plus-square-foot main mansion that holds five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half baths. The estate also holds a 3,500-square-foot, four bedroom and four bathroom guest house that Silverman currently has slated as executive offices.

Additionally, the compound features a poolside cabana with its own changing room, bathroom, and lounge area that also is used as a screening room with a fireplace and bar, a swimming pool, and a large pond with over 100 koi fish located on the manicured grounds.

Silverman has reportedly already downsized into a 6,600-square-foot home overlooking the fairways of the Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, which he purchased for $10.2 million.
