BMW has come out with a bicycle that pays homage to its M range of sports cars, the BMW Cruise M Bike Limited Edition, which boasts the same core Long Beach Blue paint that is the official color of the M2 Coupe.
The Cruise M will have a limited production of just 1,500 examples, and like its M-Series design inspiration, the bike features a dynamic and agile body thanks to its hydro-formed aluminum frame.
The new BMW bike utilizes 28-inch tires to support the grand frame, a carbon-fiber seat post and spacer to maintain lightness, a 30-gear system, and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. Each Cruise M Bike Limited Edition comes with a specially made plaque and costs about $1,600.
The Limited Edition is just one of five new bikes in the BMW lineup, which also includes the Cruise Bike ($1,130), the Cruise M-Bike ($1,360), the Cruise e-Bike ($3,520), and the Cruise Bike Junior ($510).
