Former Los Angeles Lakers guard Derek Fisher has made his gated estate in Hidden Hills, California, available for off-market purchase with a $6.995-million price tag. The five-time NBA Champion and his now-estranged wife, Candace, purchased the 1.13-acre property in 2009 for $5.5 million.

The 9,406-square-foot mansion has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and the property also includes a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guesthouse that has a living room and kitchenette located next to the pool.

The former star’s manse features two dark wood paneled rooms (one used as an office and the second as a children’s playroom), a grand family room, an informal dining area, and a supersized kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and slab marble countertops on its two islands and an integrated snack bar.

The rooms break down into a master suite worthy of an 18-year NBA pro, two en-suite family bedrooms, and two more en-suite guest rooms. The backyard wows too with a kitchen and dining area, a pool and spa, and a two-stall stable and tack room that is situated next to the aforementioned guesthouse.
