Not long after the Panama Papers leak became public, concerned parties started making adjustments. One of those parties is multi-millionaire Louise Blouin, who has removed her Hamptons estate from the open market.
Instead, Blouin is offering the expansive compound for rent this summer for the sum of $1 million for the month of August. The Southampton rental includes access to the two homes on the property, two pools, and single tennis court.
The main house was built in 1897 while the guest home was added in 2002. The four-acre lot includes private beach access with 400 feet of beachfront and is located near celebrity neighbors like Kelly Ripa, Howard Stern, and Calvin Klein.
The Swiss millionaire had been hoping to receive $145 million by selling the home, but took it off the market shortly after she was named in the Panama Papers earlier this month.
