Amblin Partners—formerly DreamWorks—CEO Michael Wright recently dropped $4.8 million for Vince Vaughn’s La Canada-Flintridge home located about 15 miles from Los Angeles.

Vaughn snapped up the three-quarter acre estate for $3.9 million in 2013, proceeded to remodel the home, and then listed it for $5.3 million in August 2015 before accepting Wright’s offer of $4.8M. The clapboard-sided, 5,600-square-foot house has five en-suite bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

The picturesque home has a paneled library, a double-height foyer, and a marble-countered kitchen with a breakfast area that leads into a family room with a fireplace. Outside is a trellis-shaded terrace, a flat backyard with a large lawn, a saltwater swimming pool, and a sports court.

Wright didn’t have far to go to move into his new home, and he was actually already Vaughn’s neighbor in a ranch-style home about a block away. He was able to offload his old home for just under $3 million a couple of weeks ago.

As for Vaughn, the “Wedding Crashers” star still owns a 7,300-square-foot home in Manhattan Beach, California, a 12,000-square-foot penthouse in Chicago that he has been trying to sell, and a gated Hollywood Hills property he scooped up from Kate Bosworth in 2014 and currently leases for $12,500 a month.
