One year after producer Jane Rosenthal and financier Craig Hatkoff announced their divorce, the former power couple has listed their multi-unit co-operative apartment in the famed Dakota building in New York for $39 million.
The four-apartment combination property takes up 7,500 square feet and boasts city views and an impressive 165-foot strip of Central Park frontage. The listing also features an oversized living room and dining room, both containing wood-burning fireplaces. There is also an eat-in kitchen and three bedrooms including a 31-foot long master bedroom.
There is also a laundry room, office space, gym, staff suite, children’s playroom, and an office space throughout five more non-contiguous units that are all also part of the sale.
The Dakota has had a famous list of residents, with the likes of Yoko Ono, Albert Maysles, Roberta Flack, and Leonard Bernstein. Lauren Bacall sold her former apartment for $21 million last year in the same building.
Jane Rosenthal and Craig Hatkoff co-founded the Tribeca Film Festival and the Tribeca Film Institute with Robert De Niro in 2002.
