Rock Hall of Famer Graham Nash is selling his Manhattan Beach, California, home. The rocker who wrote “Our house is a very, very fine house” has listed his own house for $2.35 million.
The property actually sports two structures, but the main house has two bedrooms and two baths and spans just 1,320 square feet. The second structure measures in at 850 square feet with a large bedroom, a kitchenette, and its own bath and shower.
With a quaint mountain cabin look and hardwood floors, the main home is furnished with cozy accents and even has solar power, which certainly adds value to the California home. A stone fireplace and a natural kitchen with butcher block counters add a contemporary flair.
Nash was born in England and became a U.S. citizen back in 1978 before being inducted into the Hall of fame for his work as a member of The Hollies and Crosby, Stills & Nash.
