Pop-punk guitarist Benji Madden is selling his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad after tying the not with fellow star Cameron Diaz. The ranch-style, Nichols Canyon-area property that the musician purchased in 2013 is now available for $1.495 million.

Madden now lives with his wife at her $9.5-million Beverly Hills compound, so it comes as no surprise that he’s listed his 2,183-square-foot 1950s property. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for another bachelor or couple to take over the unique home.

Set behind a gated and tree-shaded plateau, there’s plenty of privacy to enjoy the home that sports chocolate board and batten cladding and bright orange window frames. Although Madden didn’t update the exterior much, he did make sure to upgrade the home’s interiors with can ceiling lights, new oak floorboards, and all-new plumbing.
