Businessman George Zimmer, the former chief executive of Men’s Warehouse, is trying to unload his oceanfront estate on the Big Island of Hawaii. Listed at $35 million, the clothing entrepreneur is selling the beautiful home because he’s recently purchased Neil Young’s nearby property.

Zimmer’s estate spans 7.45 acres and features more than 1,000 feet of ocean frontage. The home itself is 10,000 square feet and holds seven bedrooms, seven full baths, and two powder rooms.

With all teak windows, trim, and doors, there’s a stylish and open beach aesthetic throughout thanks to architect Lucky Bennett. The home also sports a billiard room with a wet bar, an exercise room, a media room, and an oceanfront swimming pool and spa.

Zimmer started the clothing brand back in 1973 and is now the chairman and chief executive of Generation Tux and zTailors. He recently purchased Young’s three-acre Hawaiian compound for $20 million.
