Star designer Max Azria has just relisted his Los Angeles mansion for $88 million. The fashion mogul failed to unload the beautiful estate for $85 million last year but has now increased the price by $3 million after working with a different brokerage.

The higher price is reportedly due to an overall increase in luxury home prices in the L.A. area, but with 30,000 square feet of luxury, it very well could be worth all $88 million. The home was originally designed by architect Paul R. Williams in the 1930s but has been updated since Azria’s purchase in 2005.

The BCBG Max Azria Group founder reportedly spent $30 million on upgrades and renovations, which include an incredible floor-to-ceiling waterfall chandelier made from more than 150,000 crystals.

Featuring 17 bedrooms, a home theater, a “Moroccan-themed” pool house, a swimming pool with a bar, a greenhouse, a tennis court, and a gym spanning across three acres, the expansive home is truly one of a kind.
