24-Hour Fitness founder and Sacramento Kings co-owner Mark Mastrov has listed his Lake Tahoe vacation retreat in Glenbrook, Nevada, for $35 million.
According to the listing agent, Mastrov is letting go of the palatial estate because his children are all grown up and now he and his family spend very little time at the Lake Tahoe getaway.
The 13,636-square-foot lakefront house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and also comes with a home spa, and not one but two gyms, a home theater, a game room, and a wine room. Other amenities on the property include a swimming pool, a dock complete with a boathouse, and a private three-hole golf course.
There are two other homes on the 13.6-acre parcel: A three-bedroom, two-bathroom caretakers house and a 3,000-square-foot guesthouse with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Mastrov purchased the property a decade ago for $25 million. He also sold 24-Hour Fitness for $1.6 billion back in 2005.
