Actor Michael C. Hall just purchased a beautiful condo in New York City’s West Village. The “Dexter” star shelled out $4.28 million for the luxury unit in a massive multi-building Greenwich Lane complex.
Spanning 1,586 square feet, the two-bedroom, two-bath condo sports hardwood floors, painted wood and stainless-steel finishes, and beamed ceilings. A bold and modern aesthetic with a spacious combination living and dining room made it worth the more than $85,000 Hall paid over the asking price to snag the glorious unit.
Both bedrooms are relatively spacious, but the master is unique with dual walk-in closets and an expansive bathroom complete with a double-sink vanity, a soaking tub, a separate glass-fronted shower, and beautiful marble mosaic floors.
As a resident of the building, Hall will enjoy attended lobbies, a screening room, a private dining room, an extensive fitness complex, and more. Of course all theses amenities don’t come for free; monthly fees for the high-end building are $2,710.
Having just married his third wife, writer and editor Morgan MacGregor, it seems that the country’s favorite faux serial killer will live at the beautiful unit with his new wife.
