The great-granddaughters of Guccio Gucci have just reduced the price of their luxurious Manhattan Penthouse from $45 million to $38 million.

Guccio founded the iconic fashion brand, leaving behind a lasting reputation for high-quality products and several expensive assets for his family. Now Allegra and Alessandra Gucci own the Olympic Tower penthouse, which they just reduced by around 15 percent.

The unit is a duplex condominium spanning the 50th and 51st floors of the Olympic Tower skyscraper on Fifth Avenue and is styled with bright-colored and modern accents. Twenty-eight floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to flood through, in addition to providing incredible views of NYC’s skyline.

The two floors of the penthouse are connected by private elevators and stairways, which leads residents to any of the eight bedrooms on the lower level. The sprawling master suite is one of the bedrooms on the lower level, and it sports a whirlpool bath tub with a separate shower and a dressing room.

Additional amenities include a formal dining room, two kitchens, and a stunning wood-paneled library with a skylight and a limestone fireplace.
