Hollywood producer Michael De Luca has put his lavish home in the lower Mandeville Canyon area of Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood back on the market for $7.5 million, even though he and his former wife, former “Bachelor” contestant Angelique Madrid De Luca, just purchased the property less than two years ago.
The 6,100-square-foot, Hamptons-style house holds six bedrooms and eight full bathrooms divided between a master suite, three en-suite bedrooms, a guest suite, and a staff suite.
The De Luca home has formal dining and living rooms, a small library with a wine closet, a media room, and a massive double-island kitchen to name a few of the interior features. Outside is a veranda that leads out to a children’s play area, a saltwater pool and spa, an alfresco dining terrace, and a fire pit with a built-in barbecue.
De Luca has had success buying and selling in the Brentwood community before. The three-time Academy Award nominee purchased a Brentwood estate for $4.15 million in 2008 that he later listed for $5.2 million in 2014 and quickly sold for $4.75 million.
