The Miami real estate market witnessed a recent spike when Miami Heat guard Goran Dragic put a small chunk of his recent $90-million contract to good use with the purchase of a $7-million house in the middle of February.
Dragic’s deal was the most expensive real estate deal on Sabal Palm Road since pop icon Enrique Iglesias offloaded his former home for $6.7 million in 2013.
The basketball player’s 6,500-square-foot, Mediterranean-style mansion is located on a 23,000-square-foot parcel and holds seven bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, an office, an outdoor pool, a wine cellar, and a stunning master bath.
Outside of the palatial home is an even cooler outdoor entertainment area on 120 feet of waterfront complete with a cabana, mosaic fountains, an outdoor kitchen, a children’s play area, and the above-mentioned pool which features views of the bay and downtown Miami.
