Former No. 1-ranked golfer Fred Couples has relisted his Spanish-style La Quinta, California, property for $3.95 million, a $250,000 price cut from the last time the estate was on the market in 2011.

The 1992 Masters Champion and World Golf Hall of Fame inductee’s 5,173-square-foot house is located just off the fairways of the revered Madison Club and checks all of the boxes of a home befit of a two-time PGA Player of the Year winner.

The four-bedroom, castle-themed home sports an oversized kitchen featuring an intricately carved center island with a medieval-themed chandelier and a similarly styled dining room with dark flooring and castle-like windows.

Beyond the unique aesthetic, the master bedroom is as luxurious as expected with a stone fireplace and an adjoining patio complete with a fire pit.

Couples, who has also represented the U.S. on the Ryder Cup team five times and won an impressive 15 PGA Tour events, is currently playing on the Champions Tour.
