It has been leaked through the gossip vine that actor Tony Hale has listed his home in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles for $1.799 million and has also offered the home for rent for $7,500 per month.
The actor who played the affable Buster Bluth on the cult television hit “Arrested Development” and his wife Martel Thompson purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom 1930s Colonial in 2005.
Small by Hollywood standards, the 2,226-square-foot home has formal dining and living rooms that both offer views into the front yard through large bay windows, with the later also featuring a second bay window looking into the backyard, built-in cabinets, and a fireplace. The modest kitchen holds medium-range stainless steel appliances and leads directly into a breakfast nook with banquette seating.
Upstairs two family bedrooms share a hall bathroom in addition a master suite, with the fourth bedroom and third bathroom located on the main level.
Hale and Thompson actually downsized to a two-bedroom home in Studio City that they purchased for $1.579 million, despite the former recently winning two Emmy awards for his role as a supporting actor on “Veep.”
