Lauren Santo Domingo, a contributing editor for Vogue and the co-founder of Moda Operandi (an online retail store that sells high-end runway styles before they hit real store shelves), and her billionaire husband Andres Santo Domingo have listed their New York City loft condo for $7.25 million.
The Santo Domingos have owned the property in the Flatiron District since 2006, and the space was actually featured in Vogue in 2011.
The 4,713-square-foot third-floor loft is located in an unassuming building without a doorman and holds three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that are accessible via a key-lock elevator that opens directly into the living room.
The kitchen is hidden from the main entertaining space and features a large walk-in pantry and stainless steel countertops. The private quarters are located in the rear of the apartment and have been fashionably done up with various designer wallpapers and art décor.
Neighbors include Google executive chairman Eric Schmidt, comic book artist and writer Jose Quesada, and CEO of EMI Music Worldwide Bhaskar Menon.
