A-list actor and funnyman Vince Vaughn has made his Hollywood Hills home available to rent. If the home goes to another celebrity, it would be the third celebrity-to-celebrity transfer since Vaughn purchased the property from Kate Bosworth.

The recent “True Detective” actor’s Nichols Canyon area home is now available to rent for $12,500 a month. Vaughn originally purchased the 2,890-square-foot home in July of 2014 for $2.375 million.

With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths set on a 0.54-acre plot, it’s the perfect spot for a small family or single renter to get comfortable. Vaulted and wood-beamed ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and a formal living room make it easy to get comfortable in the luxurious home.

A unique greenhouse window over one of the kitchen’s two porcelain farmhouse sinks also gives the home a personality of its own. Additional features like French doors leading to the garden and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves add an easy charm to an already beautiful property.

Vaughn recently sold a large townhouse in Chicago and still owns a 7,308-square-foot Craftsman-inspired mansion in Manhattan Beach, California.
