Jane’s Addiction guitarist and host of “Ink Master” Dave Navarro is believed to be the new owner of a contemporary home in the historic Los Angeles Larchmont neighborhood.

The occasional actor who’s appeared on shows like “Sons of Anarchy” and “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” reportedly paid $2.9 million for the brand-new 4,300-square-foot home. Built by FMB Development, the new home is arranged around a central courtyard, complete with a built-in fire pit.

The sprawling living spaces are interconnected with luxury touches like a high-tech home automation system and luxury wide-plank French oak floors. A floating wood-and-steel staircase and ultra-sleek kitchen establishes the property as contemporary.
