The newest private club set to hit the Sunset Strip looks as luxurious as you might expect. Renderings of the Arts Club have been unveiled, and the new project sports a tiered ultra-modern aesthetic.
Actress Gwyneth Paltrow and her business partner Gary Landesberg are backing the newest location of the exclusive club. Since the London branch costs $2,000 to join and an additional $2,000 a year in dues, the Los Angeles spot is sure to come at a similar price.
Located where the old Hustler Store on Sunset was located, the newest Arts Club will be housed in a building featuring “vertical aluminum fins” that change position and rotate along the building’s facade.
Spanning 132,000 square feet, the new building will feature office and gallery space on the first four floors, with the upper floors featuring the club itself. Amenities will include a screening room, a dining terrace, a gym, guest rooms, an eatery, and a “Japanese/Latino” restaurant. Additionally, up top members will enjoy a glamorous rooftop complete with a pool.
