For fans of popular TV show “Bonanza” a dream can come true as a home designed to look like the show’s famous ranch the “Ponderosa” has gone on sale on a golf-course adjacent property in Mesa, Arizona, for $849,900.

The home was built by “Bonanza” star Lorne Greene in 1963 as a weekend getaway from his Hollywood life, even though it was made to look exactly like the home he worked with on the show everyday and was even named the “Ponderosa II.”

Ponderosa II has two bedrooms and was designed to look like the show with a gigantic stone fireplace in the great room, an exact replica from the one featured on “Bonanza.” This room also features a staircase like the one seen on the show that led to the bedrooms, except in this case it leads to Ponderosa II’s attic.

Current owner Louise Swann spent almost five years restoring the home to look like the Ponderosa that Greene had created in the 1960s with a mix of 1860s on the outside and 1960s on the inside.

Ponderosa II earned landmark status in 2014 by the city of Mesa and features a plaque bearing Greene’s likeness on the front of the residence.
