Fresh off of her divorce from country megastar and The Voice judge Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert has purchased a Palm Springs, Tennessee, estate for $3.4 million.
The 400-plus acre plot in the rural area about an hour outside of Nashville has three houses, including two lavish cabins that have a rustic design but all of the amenities of perfect modern living spaces.
The larger cabin has one bedroom plus a sleeping loft, a large bathroom with his-and-hers pedestal sinks, and a shower with classic white subway tiles. The smaller cabin has a studio-like design with a living area/bedroom, kitchenette, and a bathroom.
Other aspects of the property include 75 acres of fenced-in pasturelands, a large lake with a boathouse and a dock, a six-car garage and workshop area with a loft-like apartment above it, a two-stall horse barn, and the perfect addition for any singer: a creek-side pavilion with seating for over 50 people and a stage that is perfect for private concerts.
On top of her new spread, Lambert still owns an 11,000-square-foot mansion in suburban Nashville that Shelton and her purchased together in 2013 for $2.258 million. Shelton still owns a 1,200-acre ranch near Tishomingo, Oklahoma, that he purchased before he and Lambert got together.
