Magician David Blaine has wowed the world with his awe-inspiring tricks and stunts for years. Now a lucky buyer can purchase one of the famous entertainer’s two downtown NYC apartments for $2,270,000.

Blaine purchased the 1,044-squre-foot co-operative on lower Fifth Avenue in 1998, and this isn’t the first time he’s tried to list the apartment. He first listed the two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit in 2013 and even lowered the price once before taking it off the market.

The unit features a corner living room with white walls, a wood-burning fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and three windows with expansive views of the city. Blaine’s apartment also holds a small kitchen with high-end appliances and black granite counter tops, a laundry closet in what was once a half bath, and a bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower stall.

The building Blaine’s unit is in comes with part-time doormen, full-time elevator attendants, a rooftop garden terrace, and laundry facilities. All those features however come with $3,263 worth of monthly maintenance fees.
