Former eBay executive Jeff Skoll has placed his 14,855-square-foot Los Altos Hills, California, estate on sale for $20 million.

The once-in-a-lifetime custom home built in 1990 comes with 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a formal dining room, living room, family room, seven fireplaces, a game room with a bar, and an eight-car garage, all set on a little over three-acres.

Other amenities include an eat-in kitchen with a pizza oven, a wine cellar, an indoor pool, an indoor basketball court with a rock climbing wall, and tennis courts.

Skoll is possibly spending more time in Los Angeles lately as he also founded Participant Media—the producing company of movies like “The Help,” “Lincoln,” and, most recently, “Spotlight”—and purchased two homes in Beverly Hills in 2014. All that business must be the reason why he is willing to sell his picturesque property minutes away from Palo Alto and Mountain View in Silicon Valley.
