Superstar singer Mariah Carey and finance James Packer have recently moved into a cliff-top Los Angeles mansion. The couple is renting the beautiful estate in the exclusive Calabasas community called The Oaks for $250,000 a month.

The recently occupied rental spans 18,000 square feet and is believed to be located just two houses down from Kourtney Kardashian. Set on a one hectare plot, the massive home was custom designed and built from the ground up over five years.

With eight bedrooms and a detached guest house complete with a kitchenette and living spaces, there’s plenty of room for Carey’s twins and additional family or friends. Additional features include an elevator, wine cellar, tasting room, dry sauna, personal gym, and private movie theater.

The relatively new couple just recently became engaged after James proposed with an incredible 35-carat diamond ring.
