The Residences at Armani/Casa in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, are highly sought after. However, you can still grab the two-story, 9,763-square-foot oceanfront penthouse Giorgio Armani personally designed and approved, which is offered for $15 million.

Purchasing the penthouse comes with a special bonus for the buyer: an Armani-themed trip to Italy, with a “probable meeting” with the famed designer himself (the folks at the Armani/Casa say it will depend on whether Armani is actually in Milan and available at the same time as the penthouse buyer).

The penthouse purchase also comes with several features like two first-class, round-trip tickets to Milan, a two-night stay in the Armani Deluxe Room at Armani Hotel Milano, a personal private shopper at the Giorgio Armani boutique, priority access and a cocktail at the Armani/Prive lounge, and dinner for two at Armani/Ristorante.

Don’t worry, the perks of living at the Residences at Armani/Casa don’t end there. The new penthouse owners (and their neighbors) will have access to a 300-foot stretch of private beach, a heated swimming pool, cigar room, wine cellar, movie theater, and a fitness center, in addition to a fine dining restaurant.
