It looks like actor and comedian Louis C.K. has purchased a small studio apartment with ex-wife Alix Bailey at the northern border of New York’s West Village in a brownstone building where the duo already owns three properties.

C.K. and Bailey paid $564,900 for the high-ceilinged studio that features honey blonde wood floors and a renovated kitchen with granite countertops, Shaker-style cabinetry, and even a dishwasher.

In addition to those four West Village units, C.K. owns a waterfront home on a 2.2-acre property on New York’s picturesque Shelter Island which he bought in 2014 for $2.44 million.

The longtime stand-up comedian has been featured in multiple television shows and movies as an actor, but is best known for his semi-autobiographical show on FX Network, “Louie,” which he produces, writes, directs, edits, and stars in.
