Located near Palm Beach, Florida, and right on the ocean is a mansion and 15.7-acre parcel of land known as Gemini that is now available for $195 million, making it the second-most expensive property in the United States. It’s second only to the Playboy Mansion, which is the most expensive property with an asking price of “200 million-plus.”

The main mansion boasts 12 bedrooms and a pool surrounded by the back of the house on one side and palm trees and other greenery on the other three sides, almost as if it was a private island swimming pool at the foot of a waterfall.

The listing also mentions a three-story guesthouse, two additional cottages, and a manager’s home to bring the room count up to 33 bedrooms, 34 bathrooms, and 13 powder rooms for a total of over 85,000 square feet of living area.

And if all that wasn’t enough, the nearly-$200-million property’s amenities include a botanical garden, a butterfly garden, a bird sanctuary, a tree house, a large-scale model train, a sports complex with basketball and tennis courts, a practice golf area complete with a green up to PGA standards, and a 1,200-foot private beach.

Gemini also has a bit of a historical presence as well. Built in the 1940s, the property has been owned by the likes of the Lambert family (creators of Listerine), fashion icon Gloria Guinness, and the Ziff family (known as one of Forbes’ wealthiest families).

Because of its prominence, the estate has served guests like of Truman Capote and even the famed Duke and Duchess of Windsor.
