X-Men producer Simon Kinberg has just purchased a new Los Angeles home. Although the sale was officially to a generic blind trust, it’s believed that Kinberg is the proud owner of the $8.4-million, Sunset Strip mansion.
Described as a “Contemporary Cape Cod,” the property was built in the 1930s and completely re-done by a house flipper and featured on this past season of “Million Dollar Listing.”At around 6,100 square feet, the incredible property is nestled at the base of the Birds Streets, which is just above Sunset Strip.
The main house features a media room, glass-fronted wine cellar, and pool, in addition to a guesthouse. There are three ensuite bedrooms and a master suite with a city-view on the main floor, with a fourth bedroom located behind the nearly all-white kitchen.
Kinberg is currently working on two new X-Men movies along with about a dozen other high-grossing projects. He also still owns a 7,400-square-foot home in Pacific Palisades that he purchased for $8.6 million in 2012.
