Actor Charlie Sheen has just sold one of his three Los Angeles mansions. The “Anger Management” actor unloaded his gated Mulholland Estates property for $6.6 million in an off-market deal.

Unfortunately it seems the once wealthy actor is now suffering some financial woes, so the sale was good news for the star who recently revealed his HIV-positive condition to the world.

Spanning 9,020 square feet, the mansion boasts a double-height entrance hall, formal living and dining rooms, a library, and a spacious kitchen that opens to an informal nook. Outside, a sunken outdoor kitchen/grilling station offers plenty of space for entertaining too.

Apparently Sheen never resided in the beautiful mansion and actually let ex-wife Denise Richards use it as her home while she renovated her own Hidden Hills mansion. The actor lives primarily in a 7,924-square-foot Tuscan-inspired villa with 5 bedrooms and 6.5 baths.
