Although vinyl has made a resurgence in the modern music world, being able to access music on digital devices is nice too.

Sony unveiled the new PS-HX500 at this year’s CES, and it’s an incredible hi-fi turntable that converts analogue vinyl signals into high-quality 24-bit sound in WAV and DSD format. The new turntable easily connects to Mac or PC through a USB port.

Sony’s software takes care of the conversion so listeners can enjoy the sound of their favorite records with incredibly high resolution. Users now can take the music from their vinyls on the go with a smartphone or MP3 player.

The exterior design is just as impressive as the new tech it holds with a sleek black aesthetic and a durable tonearm that stabilizes the cartridge for dimensional sound. Audiophiles can expect the Sony PS-HX500 to be available this spring.
