Nike chairman and co-founder Phil Knight is making moves in the real estate market. The billionaire and former CEO has just listed his one-acre plot of land in La Quinta, California.
Priced at $2.5 million, the plot is located in The Madison Club, a luxurious and exclusive golf resort community, and looks over the beautiful course’s 13th green. Tom Fazio designed the private course that’s both lush and challenging.
Knight recently purchased a $4.2 million home in The Madison Club earlier last year, and now he’s selling this lot with unparalleled views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountains and the course’s sparkling lake.
Since Knight plans to retire from his role at Nike, he’ll have plenty of time to enjoy The Madison Club’s amenities like the movies theater, spa, fitness center, restaurant, clubhouse, and, of course, the sprawling exclusive golf course.
Phil Knight’s net worth is estimated at $25 billion.
